| Dr. Zapf and Dr. Payne are proud to be sponsors and participants at the 2004 Triunfo YMCA Healthy Kids Day at Willow Elementary School in Agoura Hills. Every child that goes through the foot screening process will get a foot sucker. Attached to the sucker will be a sticker containing a number. If you look below and see your number next to the prize you are a winner. Just call our office at (818) 707-3668 or (805) 497-6979 and we will tell you what to do to claim your price. You do need to show us the winning number to claim your prize. Now for the winning numbers (they are already drawn but will be published Saturday after the event) One pound of Sees candy goes to number: 279 One pair of professionally fitted New Balance Shoes goes to: 88 A $15 gift certificate to Sisley's Restaurant in The Oaks Mall goes to:72 and A $100 ticket on a chance to win $25,000 in cash or a $42,000 Land Rover from the auction sponsored by the Rotary Club of Westlake Village - Sunrise goes to ... actually the number is on the bottom of the page that described the Honduras project that Dr. Zapf participated in. At this project 30 children had 36 club feet corrected in January 2004. All the doctors donated their time and air fare but there is still $24,000 of expenses to pay for. For a description of this project and the winning number for a ticket just follow this link and scroll to the bottom of the page -->
