The picture above shows a neuroma removed form its favorite hiding place, the "3rd interspace" which is the area between the third and fourth metatarsal bones. The pink "Y" shaped object is the neuroma and the uyellow glob hanging on by the bottom is some of the fat that usually sticks to a neuroma.
